Job Opportunity">Role Summary

  • The successful candidate will coordinate and manage official visits and events at a heritage gallery located in the East.
  • They will handle visitor queries, registration, and clearance ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.
  • Conducting guided tours and educational programs for schools, organizations, and overseas visitors is also part of this role.
  • Support event logistics such as venue setup, hospitality, and materials preparation to ensure a seamless delivery of the event.
  • Maintaining accurate visitor records, monthly reports, and feedback is crucial in this position.
  • Assisting in gallery curation, artefact handling, and research is essential to ensure engaging displays.

Responsibilities">
  • Coordinate and manage official visits and events at a heritage gallery located in the East.

Qualifications">
  • Diploma holder with at least 5 O-level passes (including English)
  • Experience in public speaking, hosting, or briefing large groups
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Prior experience in heritage, education is an advantage
