Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Clinic Centre Manager. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical centre, radiology services, and endoscopy clinic. This includes managing front desk, appointment scheduling, inventory management, patient flow, dispensary, and claims.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality standards and implement protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Manage and supervise all clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
  • Optimise patient flow, complaints resolution, and service recovery
  • Maintain the clinic's physical environment, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinate with maintenance and repair services
  • Prior experience in working in an endoscopy/radiology centre is essential
  • Familiarity with MOH, CHAS, PCN, and other healthcare programs and accreditations
  • Handle clinic finance (billing, revenue reports, petty cash, claims submissions)
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare partners
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager

Requirements:
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or a similar setting
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills are required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
