Process Development Specialist

The role of Process Associate Engineer is crucial to supporting engineering activities and daily production operations efficiently and reliably.
Candidates with related experience in Semiconductor and LCD processes are encouraged to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Setting up and qualifying process recipes for production.
- Monitoring and improving processes.
- Troubleshooting process-related issues.
- Performing lots on hold and disposition.
- Collecting engineering data.
- Engaging in other ad-hoc activities.
- Ensuring process integrity for machines in production.
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the production area.
- Coordinating with line operators/supervisors to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed.
- Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Microelectronics Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Minimum 2 years of process experience in either Wet, PVD or Lithography.
- Able to work in both day and night rotating shifts, and flexible to work under various shift patterns.
