Exceptional Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Service Officer.
This role involves handling customer transactions, responding to queries, and providing exceptional service to meet customer needs.
- Execute transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, account management, and loan processing.
- Reconcile cash balances, count and package coins and notes daily.
- Stay up-to-date with bank products and services to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Provide quality customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- A diploma qualification or higher is required.
- Product knowledge on savings accounts, cash deposits, and withdrawals is beneficial but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a pleasant demeanor, are crucial.
- Self-motivation, multitasking, accuracy, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are vital.
- Familiarity with banking procedures is preferred but not mandatory; full training will be provided for successful candidates.
