Customer Service Representative

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Rooms Division, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive consistent and excellent service throughout their stay. You will possess strong customer relations, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

To be successful in this position, you must have a strong background in hospitality operations, with a minimum of 6 months of experience working in hotel operations. A diploma or degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management is preferred but not required.

You will be working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
