Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Governance and Compliance expert to lead our mission-critical GRC function. This role plays a key part in shaping the governance, risk, and compliance agenda across multiple markets.

This position will oversee the development of comprehensive governance, risk, and compliance oversight across technology and security operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading audit and regulatory engagements, driving enterprise-level security awareness initiatives, and managing teams across multiple geographies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree advantageous.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC are preferred.
  • 15+ years' experience in Cybersecurity governance, metrics, and risk reporting. IT risk and compliance management in regulated industries. Proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple geographies. Strong executive engagement skills with a track record of influencing at senior levels. Exposure to financial services, large-scale technology organisations, or top-tier audit firms advantageous.
