Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced AI Researcher to join our team. This role will involve advancing the development of cutting-edge algorithms for data mining, machine learning, and language applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-training of large language models (LLMs) and experience with fine-tuning, distillation, performance evaluation, and low-resource training.

You will be responsible for designing and developing systems that integrate reasoning, multi-modal processing, multi-lingual modelling, and AI agent behaviour for real-world applications.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end system deployments, collaborating with businesses and product teams to deliver innovative solutions with measurable commercial impact.

Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Implement post-training and optimization tasks for large language models.
  • Handle domain-specific data processes such as data collection, cleaning, labelling, augmentation, and synthetic data generation.
  • Design and develop systems that integrate reasoning, multi-modal processing, multi-lingual modelling, and AI agent behaviour.
  • Deploy LLM-based applications in different scenarios.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in advanced machine learning and deep learning principles, large-language-model post-training techniques such as SFT (Supervised Fine-Tuning) and DPO (Direct Preference Optimization).
  • Experience with managing large-scale training data, including processes for cleaning, labelling, augmentation, and generation of domain-specific datasets.
  • Expertise with Python programming along with competency in widely-used deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch).
