Job Title: AI Researcher

A senior researcher position is available in our Digital Trust Centre to lead the development of multi-modal large language models (LLMs).

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced researcher with expertise in Generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LLMs, including their design, development, and optimization. They should also have experience with model testing, evaluation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced LLMs for various applications
  • Conduct research on AI authenticity, accountability, and integrity of digital content
  • Develop and refine machine learning algorithms, including unlearning techniques, to enhance model robustness and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI research with ethical standards and best practices in AI safety
  • Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals

Requirements:

  • PhD degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Background in Generative AI research, including multi-modal LLMs, and AI Safety research
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing innovative solutions
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
