Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Retail Activation Specialist to join our team. This role will involve enabling and driving best-in-class brand and commercial campaign activations & marketing initiatives in Own Retail and Franchise channels.

This includes supporting and defining the retail calendar, campaign activations, digital content management, and in-store/mall activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on global retail marketing toolkits to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and activations across channels.
  • Support agency briefing and oversee the development, production, and installation of campaigns in Emerging Markets.
  • Create and deliver campaign go-to-market presentations, summarizing objectives, products, visual merchandising, and marketing tools for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support post-campaign reporting, analyzing KPIs and conducting Keep-Start-Stop analyses for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to campaign and process improvements to enhance consumer experience.
  • Assist in ideation of mall and in-store consumer activations.
  • Manage retail membership acquisition strategies and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and marketing strategies.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong business acumen with retail KPI expertise.
  • Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
