About the Role

Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled HRBP Senior Manager to support our SEA cluster leadership team and Country General Managers on HR matters. The successful candidate will provide input, guidance, and coaching to ensure the seamless delivery of comprehensive HR responsibilities in our South East Asia clusters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into HR programs to support organizational development and drive business results.
  • Design and implement key HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
  • Manage local workforce planning and HR budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
  • Advise and support cluster management in HR and organizational matters, leading HR processes and programs.
  • Oversee and align local recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring efficient recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance to local labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Support the development of budgets and business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Actively support the development of Corporate HR programs, ensuring their implementation and effectiveness.
  • Supervise and support local HR in their operative HR tasks, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Consult and inform Intercontinental and local Management about all relevant HR initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and decision-making.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management.
  • 8-10 years of HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a multinational environment within the region.
  • Sound knowledge of human capital and organizational development, HR processes' implementation, improvement, and change management.
  • Overall knowledge of labor law, social security, and market practices in the region.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, as well as at least one language of the region.
  • A mix of hands-on and strategic approach, with ability to build relationships and engage with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to deal with both ambiguity and complexity, with strong business and results orientation.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with an energetic, assertive, proactive, self-aware, and solution-oriented personality.
  • The position can be based in one of our main markets in the cluster, with Singapore being the preferred location.
