Enhance Performance and Culture

This is a high-performance culture role that will play a key part in our performance management systems, helping to foster an environment where everyone can perform at their best. Reporting to the Head of Performance and Culture, you'll lead collaborations across various stakeholders to address challenges and work with the PeopleTech team to design and align Performance Management platform functions and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Head of Performance and Culture to drive priorities for performance, feedback, culture, and engagement.
  • Lead collaborations across departments to solve performance and engagement challenges.
  • Work with the PeopleTech team to design and develop Performance Management platforms.
About You
  • You have 7+ years of experience designing and implementing organisation development programmes, including engagement journeys and performance management programs.
  • You're skilled in leading complex projects and championing behaviour and/or culture change in a diverse organisation.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and are comfortable exploring AI technologies to enhance productivity.
