Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to drive business growth and increase online sales.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager to formulate and implement online retail strategies across all channels.
  • Support the development and execution of brand and product marketing strategies to maximize revenue and engagement across the customer funnel.
  • Plan and execute tactical offers, mechanics, and promotions to support key campaigns on ecommerce platforms.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations on our ecommerce store and marketplaces, including storefront updates, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
  • A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record in driving and growing ecommerce revenue channels.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) required.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
