Job Description

We are seeking a Product Innovation Strategist to join our team. As a key partner, you will identify opportunities for growth and drive creative and scalable improvements. You will define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key strategic partner to identify opportunities for growth and drive creative and scalable improvements
  • Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth
  • Track business progress and provide consistent optimization for the business operation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high-impact projects
  • Provide solid support for business growth through internal and external research and competitor benchmarking

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in business strategy roles at leading tech companies, delivering large-scale, measurable growth outcomes
  • In-depth experience in the tech industry, especially leading Content (e.g., creators, social media) & O2O (e.g., hotel, travel) related projects
  • Proven track record in business planning and target setting, especially for large companies with diverse business lines
  • Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar analytics tools
