
Strategic Data Center Sales Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our data center business growth. As a Strategic Data Center Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue expansion and developing strategic business plans to increase market share.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate existing relationships, and develop strategic plans to expand market presence.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the data center industry.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as data center technology or sales management would be an asset.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
