Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Our organization is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities who delivers unique interactive play experiences to children. We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team due to expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives, with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication aptitude, as well as the capability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The key responsibilities of this role include establishing and upholding a robust and coherent brand presence across all platforms, ensuring compliance with brand standards in all marketing communications, and deploying tactics to elevate brand visibility and credibility.

Additionally, the Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing PR campaigns to bolster public perception, forging and nurturing relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders, and composing press releases, articles, and other communication materials.

They will also direct the design, functionality, and content of our website, execute SEO strategies to enhance website performance, and collaborate with various teams to ensure website alignment with overarching marketing goals.

Furthermore, the Marketing Communications Specialist will devise and execute digital marketing campaigns to stimulate online engagement and lead generation, evaluate digital marketing metrics to gauge campaign efficacy, and keep abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative digital marketing approaches.

Moreover, they will develop and execute social media strategies to amplify brand presence, craft compelling content tailored for diverse social media platforms, monitor social channels, address inquiries, and manage online reputation.

Finally, the Marketing Communications Specialist will enhance website content for better search engine rankings, conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, and stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithmic shifts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. More than 2 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on brand management, PR, digital marketing, and website management. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication aptitude. Capability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
