Job Title: Public Art Programme Lead

The Singapore Art Museum is seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead the development and execution of public art programmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging experiences for diverse audiences.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned programme manager who can drive the success of our public art initiatives. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and content creation will be essential in developing and implementing strategies that align with our organisational goals.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of public art programmes, including managing budgets, schedules, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster inter-departmental synergies and cultivate opportunities for collaboration.
  • Develop and implement outreach and engagement strategies to increase programme visibility and participation.
  • Manage and administer projects, processes, and procedures under your responsibility.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the museum, arts, and culture sector or equivalent.
  • A bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Art Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
