Senior Quality Assurance Lead

This is a high-level position responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the project quality plan in accordance with contract requirements, ISO standards, and client specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, including at least 5 years in a management position for EPC, offshore, or oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
- Establish and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures
- Lead the QA/QC team and coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Approve inspection schedules and ensure compliance with approved ITPs
- Audit and improve quality processes to ensure effective implementation of the QMS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related) from a recognized institution
- Minimum 10 years' experience in QA/QC roles, including at least 5 years in a management position for EPC, offshore, or oil & gas projects
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification (mandatory)
