Newborn Care Specialist

As a dedicated Newborn Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care and support to mothers and new-born infants during their stay with us.
- Clean, bathe, and change diapers as needed
- Assist in feeding of babies, promoting healthy eating habits
- Monitor temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behavior, and other essential information to ensure optimal health and development
- Monitor growing progress and provide guidance on baby safety measurements to prevent accidents
- Guide parents in infection control and baby safety practices, ensuring a safe environment for all
- Ensure Baby Safety by adhering to established protocols and guidelines
- Provide thorough umbilical care to promote healthy healing
- Offer oral and eye care services to maintain overall well-being
- Monitor Mummies' recovery progress, offering personalized support and guidance
- Coach mummies in breastfeeding techniques, fostering a strong bond between mother and child
- Teach baby care techniques to empower parents with the knowledge they need to care for their newborn
- Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions, promoting emotional well-being
