We are on a mission to push the boundaries of what is possible with blockchain technology.

Our Production Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge technologies that change the world.

We work closely with our global trading infrastructure to support our diverse range of financial markets.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning new technologies and getting hands-on experience with challenging technical problems.

  • Design, build, and manage sophisticated validator infrastructure and tooling
  • Work with bleeding-edge software and consensus algorithms, distributed systems, and cryptography
  • Take responsibility for on-chain infrastructure, including validators, light clients, and RPC nodes
  • Improve monitoring and alerting systems for crypto infrastructure
  • Experiment with new technologies and stay up-to-date with blockchain ecosystem developments
  • Reason about and improve security properties of infrastructure

In this role, you will also have opportunities to contribute to external partnerships and engage in public forums to raise awareness and share knowledge.

What You'll Do:
  1. Help us build, maintain, and enhance our validator infrastructure and tooling
  2. Collaborate with our engineering teams to develop innovative solutions
  3. Work with our trading infrastructure to ensure seamless execution of trades
  4. Contribute to the development of new technologies and features
  5. Engage with our community through public forums and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Security Properties:
Secure key management, server hardening, intrusion detection, and security best practices are essential themes in this role.
