We are seeking a dedicated and passionate paediatric speech therapist to join our clinic in Singapore. Our team caters to children with special needs, including autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, learning disabilities, hearing loss, and speech and language disorders.
Key Responsibilities- We conduct standardized assessments for children to identify their individual needs and develop personalized plans to help them overcome their challenges.
- Our therapists provide comprehensive services across various settings, including individual and group therapy, home and school visits, telepractice sessions, early intervention, and community settings.
- We deliver engaging parent training and professional educational talks to empower families and professionals with essential knowledge.
- Our team designs and implements programs for parent and professional education to promote continuous growth and development.
- We foster strong teamwork and collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
We are committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring our therapists stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in speech therapy from a recognized university.
- Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well in a team, be willing to learn, and demonstrate good time management skills.
- Able to work independently, thinking creatively and innovatively to meet the unique needs of each child.
