Customer Relations Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries and feedback, resolving complaints in a timely manner, and actively engaging with prospective customers to support them in enrolling in our programmes.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a customer service orientated attitude, and the ability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend. You should also have strong management skills, including classroom management, lifelong learning, assessing, autonomy, teaching, problem solving, administration, marketing, digital marketing, and accountability.

A key requirement for this position is possessing a minimum of GCE 'N' Levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is also essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
