Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of 6 Months Temp Associate Executive. This exciting opportunity involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and updating customer master records with precision and accuracy.
  • Preparing invoices for non-patient transactions and recording miscellaneous receipts in a timely manner.
  • Reconciling accounts receivable ledger versus general ledger and effectively managing credit card collections.
  • Handling bad debts by receiving and processing write-offs efficiently.
  • Following up on outstanding corporate accounts and verifying statements of account with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Calculating professional fees for inpatient billing with utmost care.
  • Verifying Medisave transactions, submitting them, and providing support for related queries.
  • Responding to client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assisting in system integration matters with technical expertise.
  • Preparing journals and audit schedules with accuracy and precision.

Requirements:

  • Minimum A Level or Diploma qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
