Job Description

As a business process optimization professional, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing our client's business operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing existing processes to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Reviewing and updating procedures to support sales, billing, metering, collection, and refund requirements
  • Preparing management progress reports and providing feedback to stakeholders through meetings and documentation

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and supporting billing system projects, ensuring successful implementation and stabilization. You will also provide technical support to end-users during system transition and offer ad-hoc support for operational functions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Business, Data Science, or IT
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in business process optimization and project management
