We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at ACTURE BIOTECH PTE. LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our TCM clinic operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle phone and walk-in enquiries
  • Promote our treatment services and drive sales through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Work closely with our in-house TCM physician to optimize customer health goals
  • Ensure accurate preparation and issuance of prescriptions and invoices
  • Coordinate with our HQ office for operational and marketing matters
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) at the branch level
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience in a similar role in the TCM, Beauty, and Wellness industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business targets
