Job Title: Financial Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Management Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial reporting and operating functions, as well as managing and implementing company initiatives and projects from a finance and accounting perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and assess the impact of company initiatives and projects on financial performance.">
  • Manage and implement company initiatives and projects from a finance and accounting perspective, including providing requirements, designing, performing UAT, designing new workflows, monitoring post-go-live processes, and troubleshooting.">
  • Identify and drive process and technology improvement opportunities to enhance financial management and internal controls.">
  • Analyze and provide reports on financial performance to support management decision making.">
  • Address ad-hoc requests and issues, such as data extraction/analysis, risk and scope assessments over new initiatives.">
  • Coordinate with operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate data for internal and external reporting.">
  • Manage day-to-day financial activities, control resources, and ensure compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.">
  • Troubleshoot problems, identify impacts, potential control gaps, and areas for improvement.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.">
  • 8-12 years of working experience in finance operations, risk control, or finance functions with some management experience.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.">
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.">
  • Dynamic, fast-paced learner with a growth mindset.">
  • Energetic with good communication skills.">
  • Experience in project management.">
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).">
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.">
  • Proficient in Excel; ability to create and present analyses.">
  • Familiar with local/US GAAP and knowledge of financial and accounting management and internal controls.">
