Financial Management Expert

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial management expertise to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Job DescriptionThis is a critical hands-on leadership role, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial data. The Financial Management Expert will oversee the entire month-end and year-end close process across the group, ensuring flawless accuracy and efficiency. This includes owning and managing accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition.
The Financial Management Expert will also play a key role in the selection and implementation of a new group-wide ERP system. Additionally, they will lead initiatives to digitize and automate financial processes, enhancing scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Controllership or Deputy FC role within a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Strong technical accounting background with in-depth, hands-on experience applying IFRS/SFRS(I).
- Big 4 audit training is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to improve accounting processes, implement new systems (ERP), and build a strong control environment.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented technical accountant with strong leadership skills. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent is mandatory. Full professional proficiency in English is required, with proficiency in Mandarin being a strong advantage.
