Job Title: Senior System Integration Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.\
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.\
  • Developing and implementing strategies to address these findings.\
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.\
  • Servicing and supporting clients, when required.\
  • Training colleagues on best practices and new tools.\
  • Providing recommendations to senior leadership on process improvements.\
  • Undertaking regular quality checks on outputs.\
  • Managing the performance and productivity of team members.\
  • Coordinating across multiple departments to achieve company objectives.\
  • Applying problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.\
  • Utilizing knowledge of security protocols to protect sensitive information.\\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\
  • At least 3 years of experience in system integration, preferably in a lead or management role.\
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.\
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\
  • Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.\
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.\
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.\
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.\\
