Job Title: Montessori Education Guide

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead a Model Montessori Classroom, ensuring an inviting, safe, and orderly environment for young learners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise children, maintaining compliance with teacher-to-child ratios, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Deliver Montessori lessons aligned with training standards, catering to diverse learning needs.
  • Observe and document child development, strengths, and interests, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Engage with children in a warm and respectful way, fostering a love for learning and exploration.

Effective Communication and Support:

  • Maintain regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Provide structured feedback on each child's progress, celebrating successes and addressing challenges.

School Community Involvement:

  • Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development, staying updated on best practices and industry trends.
  • Support school community events, contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in English or Mandarin is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in child development and education theory.
  • Possess a MACTE-accredited Montessori Diploma, showcasing expertise in Montessori methodology and principles.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with children aged 2–6 years, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs.
  • A deep passion for Montessori education and philosophy is essential, driving innovation and excellence in early childhood education.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills is critical, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making within the school community.
