Job Title: Aquatic Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor junior aquarists, overseeing their work assignments and ensuring high standards of animal care.
  • Perform routine animal husbandry tasks, including underwater maintenance and daily diets.
  • Coordinate animal medical procedures and manage the movement of animals between locations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of aquatic habitats and perform general maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and record animal behavior to ensure optimal health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan new events, projects, and activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marine Science, Aquaculture, or a related field.
  • Scuba diving certification and physical fitness for diving.
  • Leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for working with animals and environmental sustainability.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
