Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operational Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare service points.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives. As an Operational Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing front counter services, administrative/operational matters, and partnering with other stakeholders to solve system and process problems
  • Working with other department managers to ensure a positive experience for patients along the continuum of care
  • Partnering with department managers (Ops & Admin) in achieving customer satisfaction targets
  • Devising innovative services to continually improve service levels and delight customers, and help develop and carry out business plans

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage a group of non-nursing staff providing services in service points
  • Be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and training of staff
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management, ensuring timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues, and recommending solutions to problems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years' work experience in the healthcare industry
  • Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing frontline staff
  • Strong analytical, quantitative skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
