Early Childhood Educator Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement teaching, learning, and caregiving activities aligned to relevant curricula frameworks.
  • Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage children meaningfully according to curriculum and pedagogical frameworks.
  • Maintain a safe and organized learning environment through effective classroom management strategies.
  • Enhance the learning environment with developmentally appropriate materials and resources.
  • Apply health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene practices in accordance with standards and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent qualification.
