Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an Expert Compliance Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring compliance and risk management across the organization.

  • Drive change impact assessments, develop Change Management plans, and improve knowledge and risk culture.
  • Oversee end-to-end developments, process controls, and implementation for Singapore and Group entities.
  • Provide compliance advisory support to business units and compliance officers.
  • Perform compliance testing/monitoring on Group entities.
  • Identify root causes of issues/findings from audits/inspections and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Banking, Law, or Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Display analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Show resourcefulness, proactivity, and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Demonstrate high integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
