Executive Leader for Healthcare Growth">

We are seeking an Executive Leader to drive the growth of our healthcare business across Asia-Pacific. This role requires strategic, commercial, and operational expertise to oversee corporate strategy, P&L management, fundraising, product development, provider services, and regulatory engagement.

This leader will lead a multinational team (50+ FTE) across commercial, operations, product, and medical functions, with experience scaling AI-enabled solutions in regulated industries.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate strategy to drive sustainable growth across Asia-Pacific.">
  • Lead Profit & Loss (P&L) management, long-term planning, and capital allocation to deliver financial objectives.">
  • Buid and expand partnerships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, corporates, and NGOs/IGOs.">
  • Serve as a brand ambassador with regulators, investors, and at global forums.">
  • Provide strategic oversight for our AI-powered platform.">
  • Lead pricing strategy for group health insurance bids to balance competitiveness and profitability.">
  • Oversee underwriting, claims, customer success, and provider services operations.">
  • Build, negotiate, and manage provider networks; lead provider services teams across Asian markets.">
  • Ensure compliance with MAS, MOH, MOM, and other regulatory frameworks.">
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain senior leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and innovation.">

Requirements:

">
  • Minimum 20 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.">
  • Expertise in digital health, healthcare technology, or AI-enabled healthcare solutions.">
  • Proven track record in pricing and managing health insurance bids.">
  • Direct experience in building and managing medical provider networks and leading medical provider services teams.">
  • Strong background in fundraising and investor relations, with institutional capital engagement.">
  • At least 10 years of board-level experience in governance, audit, or strategy.">
  • Advanced degrees from tier-one global universities.">
  • Certification in health insurance examinations in Singapore (SCI or equivalent).">
  • Experience as a brand ambassador with regulators, investors, and global forums.">
  • Leadership of multinational teams (50+ FTE) across commercial, operations, product, and medical functions.">
