About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our customer-facing team as a Career Ambassador. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a high level of performance.
  • Evaluate and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sustained growth by fostering teamwork, enhancing customer service, and minimizing student turnover.
  • Achieve high-calibre responses from client inquiries and phone calls within assigned Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong adaptability, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Goal-driven individual with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drive business growth.
