Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Cloud expert to lead our client-facing projects. Your role will involve creating, developing, and guiding clients through the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. You will recommend best practices for executing campaigns using content builder, journey builder, automation studio, CDP, personalization studio, etc.

You will collaborate with project managers, campaign specialists, and other teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives. Your responsibilities will include assisting in scoping, planning, and onboarding activities, providing clear visibility on project status, and leading quality management reviews to ensure all requirements are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid technical background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Preferably with one or more Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud certifications
  • Experience in integrations, developing, and executing data migrations
  • Marketing automation, demand generation, personalization, MarTech, and AdTech solutions expertise
Key Responsibilities:

  2. Identify areas to reduce implementation efforts
