Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Counter Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Levels qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in front-counter admin or a related field

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a positive attitude towards providing outstanding customer service.

Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Handle telephone and walk-in inquiries regarding bookings and reservations
  2. Generate daily check-in lists for security and housekeeping information
  3. Record and follow-up on lost and found items
  4. Ensure the supply of stationery
  5. Provide guests with information on rules and regulations
  6. Raise billing requests as required
  7. Assist with other daily operational admin work as needed
