Front Counter Service Representative

As a Front Counter Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service at Diagnostic Imaging's front counter. This role involves appointment booking, registration, ordering, billing and handling routine frontline customer queries, feedback and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Process appointments and registrations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  1. Minimum GCE 'N' Level with 5 credits including English or ITE Certificate in Office Skills
  2. Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications is an advantage
  4. Good interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities are essential
  5. Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends is desirable
