Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Quality Assurance Team as an Audit Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of projects, processes, and performance metrics.

This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across the organization. The Audit Specialist will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Audit Planning: Developing comprehensive audit plans to review project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Process Evaluation: Conducting thorough evaluations of project processes and methodologies to ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Assessment: Identifying potential risks and weaknesses in projects and proposing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing project data and documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Compliance Checks: Ensuring that projects comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Reporting: Preparing detailed audit reports highlighting findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in project auditing, quality assurance, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software tools, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
