Senior Site Operations Executive: A Leadership Opportunity

  • Project managers will lead teams in site construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Leaders are responsible for overseeing subordinate performance, providing guidance on work requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and implement plans to mitigate potential site problems before they impact cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Chair WSH committee meetings and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and address customer concerns, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Authorize plant/material requisitions and purchases.
  • Carry out assignments from time to time as directed by management.
  • Administer changes to contracts, working closely with the contracts department.
  • Follow up on customer complaints, identifying and mitigating foreseeable risks associated with workplace activities and environmental impact.
  • Implement safe work procedures and environmental control measures at the work site.
  • Conduct periodic safety inspections, monitoring subcontractors' performance and ensuring full compliance with MOM safety rules.
  • Participate actively in conducting risk assessments and ensure briefing/re-briefing of RA to workers by supervisors.
  • Authorized to stop work immediately for any unsafe activity.
  • Review and revise risk assessments, implementing necessary control measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, holding a degree is required.

A successful candidate should have excellent leadership and project management skills. Experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery is essential.

The ideal candidate will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
