Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced nurse to join our team. As a locum nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing support to patients and assisting in the day-to-day operations of our clinic.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Assist in the coordination of patient appointments and daily operations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee related matters.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Required Skills:
  • Experience working in ICU settings.
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to apply quality improvement techniques to enhance patient care.
  • Skilled in treatment planning and inventory management.
  • Expertise in infection control practices and vital signs measurement.
  • Excellent cashiering and customer service skills.
  • Awareness of accent differences (e.g., English).
