Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for managing payment processing of vendor invoices and preparing payments.
You will also be responsible for preparing expense and staff claims, posting receipts to the system, sending monthly Statements of Account to customers, and following up on outstanding payments. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date records and well-organized documents.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various financial systems and tools, including MYOB software. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payment processing of vendor invoices and prepare payments
- Prepare expense and staff claims
- Post receipts to the system and send monthly Statements of Account to customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain up-to-date records and well-organized documents
Requirements
- O/A level or Diploma with basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of MYOB software is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
