System Support Specialist
Our team seeks a skilled System Support Specialist to join our ranks. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the health and stability of our systems. Your duties will include monitoring system alerts and abnormal behaviors, identifying faults, and applying problem resolution scripts or escalating when necessary. You will also be responsible for consolidating records for reporting, monitoring, analytics, and audit purposes.

Requirements:
