**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Tech Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our waste management facilities.

The successful candidate will be part of a core team working on waste management projects, assisting engineers in supervising construction progress and ensuring compliance with design specifications and statutory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting engineers in supervising Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) construction progress
  • Participating in testing and commissioning of mechanical, process, or electrical equipment/systems
  • Attending factory acceptance tests to witness and verify quality and performance of major equipment/systems

In our Tuas South Incineration Plant (TSIP), your responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance work between contractors and maintenance sections to ensure safe operations of the waste-to-energy facility. Implementing preventive maintenance and overhaul programs for electrical and control equipment is also crucial. Additionally, administering contracts, enforcing permit-to-work system, and performing shift work as needed are essential duties.

Your role requires collaboration with engineers and other technical specialists to achieve the facility's operational goals. Effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are vital to success in this position.
