The role of Customer Account Lead at PSA BDP is a dynamic opportunity to drive customer satisfaction through relationship building and operational excellence. As a key member of the Bridgenet Services (BNS) operations team in Singapore, you will be responsible for managing local customer relationships from implementation to operational stand-up.
Key accountabilities include working across the BNS organization to support current business in APAC, developing service levels, and ensuring operations are delivered consistent with KPIs. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert to support customer engagements and demonstrations, and work collaboratively with digital and data teams to develop new products and capabilities that support trade management objectives.
In this role, you will engage with enterprise and customer stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities and promote innovation within the company and wider environment. To succeed, you will require strong influencing skills, the ability to lead and develop teams, and project management capabilities to support large complex cross-organizational projects.
