About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Youth Department as a Programme Executive. This role will involve developing and implementing recreational fishing sessions for youths, families, and seniors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and running fishing programmes that promote youth development and community engagement. They will also teach and demonstrate essential recreational fishing skills and assist in programme logistics.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing structured recreational fishing sessions
  • Collaborating with social workers to design and run fishing programmes
  • Teaching and demonstrating recreational fishing skills
  • Assisting in programme logistics
  • Developing marketing campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate programme data and providing administrative support
  • Evaluating programme effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level certification
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong passion for social innovation, community work, and recreational fishing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player with strong organisational skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills
  • Basic knowledge and skills in recreational fishing
