Job Title:

Pavement Construction Manager

Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of construction works and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with contract specifications, company standards, environmental, safety & health practices, and other contract documents.

  • The successful candidate will be required to report and assist project managers, operations/site managers, and engineers on project functions including project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet project goals.
  • They will also be responsible for assisting project managers, operations/site managers, and engineers in project planning, implementation, and coordination of all construction works on the project site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Certificate in Pavement Construction and Maintenance. Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience. Possess Class 3 driving license is a good advantage.

  • Familiarity with construction processes and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
