At our digital-first organization, we are reimagining how professionals connect and businesses hire. We have a flagship product that combines short-form video profiles with automated screening workflows to offer an engaging and efficient experience for both job seekers and employers.
The Role: We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist to lead outreach and client acquisition for our recruiting solution tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will be responsible for identifying leads, engaging decision-makers, conducting product demos, closing deals, and providing customer feedback to inform future iterations of our product and go-to-market strategy.
This is a commission-only position ideal for an entrepreneurial, self-driven sales professional who thrives on autonomy and is excited to grow with an early-stage, high-potential product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage SME clients, including HR decision makers, startup founders, and business owners.
- Conduct product demos virtually or in person.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing subscription deals.
- Report client feedback to the founding team to support product and sales refinement.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on sales strategy, messaging, and customer targeting.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet agreed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales, especially within the SME segment.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to operate independently and drive results without fixed compensation (commission-only structure).
- Based in Singapore, with flexibility to meet clients or conduct remote demos.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to contribute to an early-stage business.
- Familiarity with HR Tech, recruitment platforms, or related software is a plus.
