Job Description

As a Culture Ambassador, you will be the face of our campaign, engaging with members of the public at various locations to promote the SG Culture Pass. You will guide users through the redemption process, provide information about participating arts & heritage institutions and current exhibitions/programmes, and assist visitors with Q&A on SG Culture Pass. Additionally, you will collect feedback from users and report common issues or suggestions.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: As the primary point of contact for the public, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • BASIC Digital Literacy and Familiarity with Mobile Applications: Basic digital literacy and familiarity with mobile applications are required to effectively navigate the redemption process.
  • Able to Work Weekends: This role requires the ability to work weekends, ensuring that our services are accessible to all members of the public.

Working Arrangement

This role operates on a flexible schedule, with working hours typically falling between 3-4 days a week, 7-8 hours a day. Based on assigned centre's operating hours (10am - 6pm/9am - 6pm).
