Job Title: Campaign Ambassador

The role of a Campaign Ambassador is to promote the SG Culture Pass campaign by engaging with members of the public at various locations. Key responsibilities include guiding users through the redemption process, providing information about participating arts & heritage institutions and current exhibitions/programmes, and assisting visitors with Q&A on SG Culture Pass. Additionally, ambassadors will collect feedback from users and report common issues or suggestions.

Working Arrangement:

  • Contract Duration: 6 weeks (approximately)
  • Locations: island-wide
  • Working Hours: 5 working days per week, 7-8 hours per day

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic digital literacy and familiarity with mobile applications
  • Able to work weekends
  • Willing to travel to different locations if required
