Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our team of talented professionals. You will be responsible for developing and deploying scalable machine learning models, ensuring they can handle large datasets while adapting to changing business requirements.
  • You'll lead AI initiatives to enhance internal productivity, streamline workflows, and automate tasks within the User & Market Insights team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business challenges into machine learning solutions that drive growth and inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in large-scale Machine Learning systems and at least 3 years in a senior or lead data scientist role.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) to implement and optimize predictive models and neural networks for ML tasks.
  • Experience designing and deploying fine-tuned LLMs to leverage large language models for tailored applications in enterprise scenarios.
  • Big data processing expertise in Spark (or equivalent frameworks).
  • Statistical knowledge in causal inference or advanced methods.
  • End-to-end project management abilities from data collection to model deployment, including stakeholder alignment to bridge expectations with technical deliverables.
